For adults who have hypertension and or high cholesterol, CMCH provides support in King County on the importance of accurate blood pressure measurements, monitoring and stroke and heart attack signs and symptoms. We also offer clinical linkages, community conversations and culturally appropriate tools as well as the DOH Train-the-Trainer Curriculum to community partners to host blood-pressure screening sites at their locations.
